C05-0099	Foreign Operations Manager	Staff Member
Description	This staff member will work with company management to coordinate operations with foreign customers, suppliers and technical staff. Candidate must have in-depth technical knowledge of materials, materials chemistry materials science and engineering, materials development and processing technology. The individual will be part of a team to develop business opportunities overseas. Tasks performed by the successful candidate include preparation of bids and proposals for existing and new customers, gathering data, writing reports, maintenance of foreign import/export regulations and shipping, and participation in the development of new foreign markets. The candidate must be willing and able to travel.
Qualification	BS, MS, and PhD. (preferred) in materials science, physics or chemistry. Perfect English (oral and written) skills. Fluent (oral and written) in one or more of the following languages: Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Ukrainian. Some experience communicating in two or more European languages is a plus. Foreign nationals residing overseas will be considered.
