Description

 

Office assistant responsible for greeting customers and guests both in person and on the telephone, typing, correspondence, scheduling appointments and meeting, maintaining library materials, and other office duties as they develop.

Qualification

Highly organized, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, operation of office equipment including personal computer, fax and multi line telephone system, neat appearance

Commensurate with experience
