Description	This staff member will work with other technical staff to solve complex problems in materials property development and processing technology, and oversee and participate in the execution of their solutions. The individual will be responsible for evaluating costs and preparing bid proposals for our customers and be responsible for writing reports, participating in the development of new products, and working with the business and sales staff.
Qualification	BS, MS, and PhD. in materials science, materials chemistry, physical chemistry, solid state chemistry and or ceramics. Expertise in synthesis and characterization of materials, powder characterization and handling is also required.
